to participate in Power Charge Camp, November 17,18 and 19, 2017. I understand that the minor will be transported to/from the outing and to all associated activities by the Youth Leaders or by another adult church member designated by the Youth Leader, and offer my consent for said transportation. The total registration fee for this event is $140 which is due in full by November 5th. I assert that I have reviewed the Permission, Authorization and Release of Liability form and that it is in effect for this outing.

Teen Quest is a youth mission and has been reaching students with the message of Christ’s Love since 1976. Teen Quest focuses on Evangelism, Faith Building and Sharing God’s word, while offering a super fun fall retreat for youth to enjoy team building challenges, outdoor fun and games, horseback riding and so much more. If you’ve been to a Teen Quest Snow Camp, this is similar, but with even MORE activities!

Here are some of the activities Power Charge Camp offers:

Horseback riding, Paintball, dune buggies, football,
27 ft. Rock Climbing Wall, golf,
Laser Tag, Basketball, Wallyball, basketballl,
Challenge Course, Archery, lawnboarding, and more!!

The total cost for a weekend at Snow Camp
is $140 per participant (family discounts available)
which includes all meals and snacks!

Register by October 8th with a $50 deposit
(balance of $90 due by November 5th)

We will depart from FPC at 4:00 pm on Friday November 17th.
We will return to FPC on Sunday November 19th at 3:00 pm.
