Please register to participate by October 22nd (Set up at 12:30 pm in the lower parking lot) First Presbyterian Church of Westminster 65 Washington Road Westminster 21157 We are looking for a minimum of 12 families to participate and decorate their cars and bring candy or treats for the littles! FPC Youth will host a Teal Pumpkin Project Allergy- Free car and will be available to help staff the event.
