Christian Formation Schedule on Sundays
All Meetings will begin at 11:30 am after Fellowship Time , and end around 12:30 pm. Students are welcome to grab snacks at Fellowship Time and bring them to class.
- 1st Sunday of the month: The Neighborhood: This is an Intergenerational Sunday (Whole Church) Everyone is encouraged to attend!
- 2nd Sunday of the month: Elementary Faith Formation (Kindergarten through 5th Grade), AND Mid/High Faith Formation (6th-12th Grade)
Christian Formation Information
The mission of Christian Formation at First Presbyterian church is to encourage life-long faith in Jesus Christ by providing opportunities for the formation of Christian relationships, and a forum in which adults and children can gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Christian in today's world. We strive to achieve these objectives by providing a dynamic set of learning opportunities for church members and visitors of all ages.

- S.I.N.G. Spirituality In Nature Group: All ages
- Elementary Faith Formation: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
- Mid/High Faith Formation: 6th through 12th Grade
- Halloween Trunk or Treat
- Advent Workshop
- Christmas Pageant
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Confirmation classes for High School youth every other year
Bible Distribution
All children entering the Kindergarten/1st Grade Sunday School class are given an age appropriate Bible at the beginning of the Sunday School program year. As children learn to read, they also learn to appreciate the powerful resource and lessons that they have in their personal Bible. This gift is possible due to the Pat Kidder Memorial Fund. Bibles are also available to anyone of any age, by making a request to the Director of Christian Formation or church office.
