Easter Flower Dedications

If you would like to dedicate flowers for Easter Sunday (April 17),
​please complete the form below. 

Remember to send in $8 for each plant ordered
​to the church address below.   

We will be purchasing a variety of flowers, tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, Lilies ... 
You may take the flower of your choice home (first come first serve) following the 10 am Easter service.
