Easter Flower Dedications

If you would like to dedicate flowers for Easter Sunday (April 4),
​please complete the form below. 

Remember to send in $8 for each plant ordered
​to the church address below.   

We will be purchasing a variety of flowers, tulips, daffodils, and narcissus. 
On Easter Sunday, they will be displayed in front of the main Sanctuary doors. 
​Please feel free to come by at your convenience and pick up any flowers you may have purchased.
